I have always had a passion for art. As I child I knew that when I grew up I wanted to be an artist. I attended Virginia Commonwealth University for Art and live in the Richmond, Virginia, area. Your fine colored pencil work is very good. You especially achieved an excellent 3 dimensional effect around his nose and eyes. Thank you for starting your question about removal of entries in the portrait contest. My portrait titled Little Cutie was also removed after she had received 1 or 2 votes. Perhaps it was a computer glitch rather than an intentional decision, but the good thing was meeting another fine artist on this site.
